The $99/month Studio plan covers up to ten instructors with staff accounts and unlimited students. Each instructor has their own calendar with their own weekly availability, their own subjects, their own lesson lengths and their own credit rate, so a maths tutor and a reading specialist do not have to be configured the same way.
One-to-one and small-group sessions side by side
A group session is a single booking with a roster of students on it, and credits are debited per student on the roster. Run a small SAT class on Tuesday and a one-to-one session on Wednesday from the same system, with the same attendance and reminder handling.
Families book and pay in one place
Students and guardians each get their own login and book from live availability using prepaid credits. Turn on card payments and families pay their invoices through Stripe in USD or CAD — the money goes to your centre's own Stripe account and Availy takes no markup. Prefer e-transfer or cash? Track balances and mark payments received by hand instead.
Progress a parent can follow
Each student carries a learning plan of goals and homework tasks that the family can see, add to and check off from their own portal. Any open homework is listed in the lesson reminder email. Notes you mark private stay staff-only, so internal observations never reach the family.
Fewer missed sessions, less phone tag
Email and SMS reminders are included on every plan and are opt-in per channel, so a family can take texts while a tutor takes email. Booking emails carry a calendar invite, tutors can connect their Google Calendar so lessons land in it and their existing commitments block bookable slots, and every user gets a personal calendar feed to subscribe to from Google, Apple or Outlook.

The Studio plan gives you yourcentre.availy.app with your logo, your colours and a custom landing page, so families sign in to something that looks like your business rather than a generic booking tool.

- Can Availy handle small-group classes, not just one-to-one?
- Yes. A group session is one booking with a roster of students attached, and credits are debited per student on that roster, so a four-student class costs each family their own credits. Confirmations and reminders are tracked per seat.
- How many tutors can a centre put on Availy?
- The Studio plan is $99 per month flat and covers up to 10 instructors with staff accounts, unlimited students, 50 GB of file storage, and your own branded subdomain. There is no per-tutor fee inside that limit and no per-lesson charge.
- Can parents book and pay for their child?
- Yes. Guardians get their own login alongside the student and can book from your tutors' live availability. If your centre turns on card payments, families pay their invoices by card through Stripe in USD or CAD, straight to your own Stripe account with no Availy markup — or you can collect another way and just track who has paid.
- Does Availy sync two-way with Google Calendar?
- Most of the way. Connect your Google account and Availy writes your lessons into your Google calendar and keeps them up to date, and reads your Google busy times so anything already on your calendar blocks the slots students can book. What it does not do is the last step of a true two-way sync: an event you create or edit directly in Google is not turned into an Availy booking, so scheduling changes still happen in Availy. Everyone — students and parents included — also gets a personal calendar feed they can subscribe to from Google, Apple or Outlook, plus a calendar invite on every booking email.
